It’s been a while since I’ve last posted a blog post, sent the bladder-help newsletter out or engaged with the Facebook page. I apologize for the radio silence!
I appreciate anyone still reading this blog and I thought I’d give a brief explanation on why I have been silent and what my plans are going forward.

For me it’s been a busy past year with new projects in other areas of my life but I’ve still tried to write new articles for the blog whenever I could.
I have a few things planned for the new year ahead and I hope they will be of interest to you…
Bone broth has many health benefits and was one of the tools I used to recover from interstitial cystitis.
However, it is not very practical as a staple for people who are on the go a lot. It is now possible to buy bone broth powder online but it comes with a hefty price tag.
Therefore, I have tried to make my own for when I’m travelling and still want to consume bone broth. It is a bit work intensive but relatively cheap.
